  Graham Hiremath was absolutely amazing! From our initial contact he was very knowledgeable and very communicative! He he responded to any questions that we had right away and always kept us in the loop of what step we were on and how everything was going. He was very honest and accurate about all of our numbers and totals and there were no surprises. Amado was always very helpful and also very quick with any responses and questions we had.   This was absolutely the easiest, most stress free process of getting a mortgage. It was my first mortgage and I didn't really know what the process was. Everyone involved in the file was professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond to every one of my questions (by quick, I mean responses were measured in minutes, not hours or day). Prior to working with Loan Depot, I worked with another national mortgage company (for 10 months) that could not even get a pre-approval and repeatedly lost documents, required multiple appraisals, couldn't answer basic questions and didn't understand how credit scores worked. I found Jon, my loan rep, online and he was beyond great. Every other person involved was great. Highly recommend!!!!!

  Customer service and team work amongst the LoanDepot team working well together. Also, the online portal was extremely useful and convenient in understanding the status of the loan and communication. The information each representative provided reassured me of the process and it was very helpful to speak with an actual person; it was an excellent combination of up-to-date technology and personal touch to communicate and provide necessary documentations to get approved and close. They provided excellent competitive pricing and got me the best deal available.

  Mirjam Meili-Robley is a Consummate professional who will ensure your every need is taken care of and ensures that you are very well informed of every part of the process. There is no one I could recommend higher as no one can help you as well as she can. I had many special circumstances regarding my loan that would normally annoy or frustrate other loan officers. Mirjam either already knew exactly what to do, or immediately researched it and got back to me with our next steps. At no point did she ever exhibit a lack of caring or willingness to help.   Rob has been fantastic in walking me through what to expect. The communication in status is excellent, and his assistant has been prompt in answering any questions I may have. The up front explanation of what will be needed from my end enabled me to prepare ahead of time to avoid delays in my end.
