  Great place to have your bookkeeping and payroll prepared. They are efficient, on time, and always reminding you to send your payroll and take in your bookkeeping. Highly recommend it.

  I was starting a company and they helped me apply to do payroll and be in compliance with my payroll forms. They also advised me on how to get my accounting in order to do my tax return in order to save money. I will use them for my accounting as well when my business grows. Very good communication and follow up.

  If I could give no stars I would! Received a letter from the IRS telling me they had chosen my tax return to verify its accuracy. After several calls to the IRS they told me the income declared does not match what they have on file. It has been almost 5 months now battling with the IRS to get my refund, called this place to get “help” from them and the person on the phone was very rude, no customer service skills whatsoever! Besides that there’s an additional $40 fee for them to call the IRS on my behalf, paid them over $200 to prepare my taxes already! Save yourself the headache, go through turbo tax instead.

  We are so sorry for your experience. We never charge to find out the status of your refund if we prepared the return. We only charge if the IRS is requesting additional information that requires a response. We also give you options to proceed without a fee. If you were charged for finding out the status of your return that we prepared, we will refund your fee. Again, I am sorry if you were told something different and we would really appreciate the opportunity to resolve this issue. Please contact us for a refund or to let us assist the proper way.

  Horrible service, there is so much to desire when you get the reminder call and they don't even verify who they are...I specifically asked for an agent and repeated the agents name on a call back and they STILL got that wrong. The girl at front desk was of no help excusing their agent for not doing their job. The poor lady next in line had to leave and front desk girl took about 20mins to get her out the door again she didn't even check the file to insure the bill was paid or not, agitated the customer. I would not come again, not at all nor recommend it. Horrible service, no communication and no sense of responsibility!

  We apologize for the bad service you received from our front desk. Unfortunately this incident was not known to us until we saw this review. Additionally, the receptionist that worked the front desk is no longer employed with us. Hopefully that resolves the issue for future clients. We also work closely with our clients to insure they get the best possible service. We encourage all clients to notify a manager if they receive service such as this so we can resolve it quickly.

  Very fast and have detailed payroll knowledge for those that need payroll for multiple states or for Workers Comp audits. Great with working with federal contracts.

  Horrible service. Turbo tax would have been by far more helpful! They do not know what they are doing or they are careless. Bad experience and they have already deleted the previous reviews. Not trust worthy
