  Steelhead Finance handles factoring for our company 'Get It Done Hotshots' We have been doing business with the company for over a year now and have no complaints. They are very helpful with everything! Never seems bothered by my 10 plus credit checks a day, very professional and promt with responses. All of them are very helpful. We deal with Megan alot and a shout out to the SF credit team y'all are the best!

  My account relationship manager (Alyza) by far has been the best overall relationship manager that I have delt with. Not to mention that I’m new to the business and have been in business a year and a month. I didn’t know anything never had a factoring company before or knew how to factor anything or where to start. Not only was she patient with me and taught me how this all works, but at the same time as my business was growing she has been helping me get better factoring programs that I qualify for .The communication and priority she puts in my business for me is amazing. I’ve had a couple times when I needed money rushed over, other times when I did the accident of working with bad paying companies that she helped me get paid even if we went through the bond companies she has always been very responsible in doing her job. The effort and dedication she puts in her job and my business makes it so easy for me to tell other Factoring companies that have offered me better factoring rates that I’m ok that I am very comfortable where I’m at. And I don’t plan on for a couple extra bucks loose deal with people who don’t treat me near how good I’ve been treated here. I haven’t really spoke with the rest of employees to share occasions that come up due to always asking to speak to Alyza but everybody at the office always gives her my message to call me back and seem very friendly to speak to as well.
