  My husband and I are first-time home buyers and we were referred to Michael at The Newmann Group/Evergreen Home Loans by a coworker. it was a fantastic experience all the way, from beginning to end. Michael introduced us to our realtor and so began our adventure in finding a new home for us and our children! Michael was so open, SO nice, and hard-working. He made us feel like he and his team were working for us and only for US. Michael's character is genuine and that is hard to find nowadays in people, especially in the big mortgage/loan business. He was so diligent in finding us a good rate and made everything happen so rapidly and smoothly. I'm glad we found him. A very BIG heart-felt thank you to him, Autumn, our realtor, and to all of those involved in helping us throughout this incredible process!!! If we have to go through it all again, we're definitely doing it with the Newmann Group for sure. :)

  After having a friend recommend Mike and his team I figured I would give them a call for a refinance. We had some unique circumstances to deal with, and I knew if there was a way to do this we were going to need someone knowledgeable and straightforward. I called Mike and explained our situation. He actually listened! He didn't assume anything. He asked questions to thoroughly understand our situation and wanted to make sure that before we started the process he knew it would work. I appreciated that he didn't want to waste our time or his. Within less than a week we were good to go, and within a month from originally calling Mike, our refinance was complete! Throughout the process Mike and his team kept in contact with us, were always available to answer any questions, and we never felt like we were a bother. Even after closing they have followed up and kept in contact. Its not just "close the deal and move on to the next person" it's a relationship that's been built. If you're looking to refinance or purchase, I would highly recommend the Newmann Team! They care about what's best for you, and you're not going to get the runaround. Just honest, knowledgeable answers from a team of people that actually care.

  Top notch team! We were referred to the Newmann Group/Evergreen by family, & we're glad we listened. Mike & the team have always listened to our preferences & performed at a very high level. As people with banking & loan experience, we have high standards for loan origination. We just closed a refinance with this team & are happy to report it was just as smooth as the purchase.   I've gone through a number of mortgage brokers and home loan groups over the years and the Newman group is the gold standard. Michael asks all the right questions, is great at follow up, and the staff is top notch. Newman Group is the real deal, and they are always there for you, long after the loan is closed they are there to help you with any issues that may come up. They do it right and they serve the community well

  I have worked with Mike and his team twice now and both times were simple and easy. Nothing like the horror stories you hear about getting a mortgage. They helped every step of the way and were always available to answer questions or give advice when I wasn’t sure what to do. They worked for me to get a lower interest rate and I just can’t say enough good things about them. And they’re consistent! My second experience with them was just as great as the first. I’m so thankful for Mike and his team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family or friends. You cannot go wrong choosing them!

  My wife and I have used the Newmann Group with Evergreen for a couple of loans now. We have never experienced someone that is so committed to the customer. Mike personally oversees each loan and his staff is on top of every step. With each transaction we have asked Mike to help us with some special circumstances. He has without hesitation made things happen and the process was better because of him. Look around if you want, but this is a no brainer for the best service and piece of mind. It was time for the Newmann Group to work its magic and refinance us again. Everything worked out so well the last time, we went straight to the source and had the group complete the task in no time. This has got to be the easiest thing to do when it comes to refinance or mortgages. I don't even look at other lenders.

  Service was absolutely great. The whole process from getting pre approved to closing went smooth. I felt there would be no set backs in closing on a house. I would definitely recommend Michael Newmann and his staff.
