They were great at answering questions and making everything easy to understand. Mary found us a great loan option when we didn’t have many choices and everything worked out perfectly!   I cannot express how excellent our entire experience with Shields Group at Evergreen Home Loans was from beginning to end! My daughter had used the Group for a refi, and we decided to give Mary a call. Every single communication from them was FAST - EFFICIENT - KNOWLEDGEABLE - PLEASANT. As seniors, we were checking out different financial options and they worked to give us THE BEST in: timing, interest rates, appraisal, and worked around our busy schedules. Absolutely every step of this process was professional and speedy - Carly's patience and skills were so appreciated. What they told us early on, actually happened with no surprises at the end. They even arranged for us to sign off documents (wet and electronic) while we were camping! They are over-the-top in knowledge and customer service and they are LOCAL! We appreciate each of them and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
