  We are out-of-country property owners in Sarasota. We are so grateful that we found Lindsay Leasing, who have been our Poperty Manager for the last 4 years. Quite frankly, Mark or Terri are the best. They handle everything for us and have made our lives so much easier. They are courteous, professional, responsible, responsive, and incredibly good at their jobs.   Lindsay Leasing is a fantastic husband and wife Property Management team! We recently bought an investment property in Sarasota, and needed a property manager, as we live in NY. Lindsay Leasing was recommended to us, and we are so glad that we are using them! They are extremely knowledgable and professional, and they allow you to choose the level of service that best fits your own property management needs. Within 1 hour of listing our property for rent, three interested parties called to inquire about seeing it, and the Lindsays set up the showings for the next day-there was no wasted time! The Lindsays had the potential tenants complete an application, did thorough background, income, etc checks of the applicants, and we had renters the next day! The Lindsays completed all of the necessary paperwork with the new tenants, as well as making sure our Homeowners Association was given all the paperwork they require. We did not have to worry about a thing! We totally trust Mark and Terri Lindsay as our property managers, and know that our investment property will be well taken care of in our absence. They are no-nonsense business people, who do a complete and FANTASTIC job! We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to hire honest, trustworthy, professional property managers.

  I've leased through Lindsay Leasing while living at Seranata in Sarasota, FL. Terri Lindsay is very professional and possesses quick communication skills. Anytime i had an issue I reached out directly with a quick turnaround. Very easy and convenient to work with. She was helpful throughout the application process and the exit process. Lindsay Leasing makes the leasing process very easy and smooth and I would definitely go back to them if I were to lease my place or if I was looking for a place to lease. Highly recommended!   Terri and Mark has helped us out with a rental in North Port. They are a great team, very professional and super responsive. We told Terri, we were in a little rush to rent, and she did everything on her end super promptly. I am happy and definitely recommend working with Lindsay Leasing!

  Lindsay Leasing are a pleasure to work with. Mark and Terri are extremely helpful and professional. They are extremely prompt in responding to my requests and were very effective in finding a new tenant for my house. I was with another property management company and switched to Lindsay Leasing about 3 months ago, and I am so glad I made the change. I can assure you all property managers are not created equally.

  Very professional and efficient from the time I contacted them to inquiry about managing my rental property. Mark & Terri took care of everything for me and always respond in a very timely manner and guide me through every step of the way and they found a tenant within a week after the property is listed. Highly recommend! 9/22/21 update : Mark and Terri continue to impress and took care of everything the past few years to make sure the property in tiptop shape to maintain its marketability. Very reliable and happy to know I can count on them to manage the property.
