  Highly recommend. We used Southeast Lending (Gary) to refinance our home and were able to consolidate three loans into one. Our refinance took about a month from start to finish. Gary is extremely knowledgeable and his customer service is top notch. If you need a new loan or to refinance, Gary is your man. Btw, when you call, you're calling his cell, he answers the phone, no waiting or options to push!
