      Do these banks even read thier reviews? Every single TD has bad reviews. Everyone has a myth that New Yorkers are rude.TD tops the cake. Not only rude, but incompetent. Not the tellers too much the women sitting on their tushsies. Mistake after mistake, has been made on my account. They caused me 3 overdrafts due to a mistakes made by Helga ( not name)with mask.When I bank in NY the workers are pleasant, and know their jobs. How do they move up the ladder? They act like they're doing you a favor making you lose money.Train these people, rudeness I can deal with, incompetence is dangerous.

      They don't even deserve one star. The assistant branch manager is neither friendly nor competent. Her direct report, Ashar, was unable to do anything to help me either. I was just left hanging with an erroneous sizable pending debit entry in my personal account while my business account was frozen. I visited the branch, spent hours there, wrote emails, tried to call but you never get a live person answering. I called the Customer Service Line and also got their fraud department involved and they reiterated that there was nothing they could do because these actions were initiated by the branch. There is no sense of urgency nor commitment to resolving these issues. This is most inconvenient to say the least.

      I Dont do reviews but today, yep! Horrible customer service. Lady with Short dark hair and glasses was Rude as soon as I pulled up. I needed a cashier check, which I get every month to pay my rent, so I know what I'm doing. She made the cashier check out to me. Then when I git to chase, I had to turn around and go back. On the slip I had written account and my name cashier check for my landlords name. Pretty darn clear, no????? So I get back to teller and told the guy then she comes over and Saud YOU FILLED OUT WRONG. Condescending Like I'm a child. Lol. The recipients name is clearly spelled out lady! And often times, the teller just has me write recipient name on piece of paper. This is not acceptable and I hope this miserable piece of work gets fired. Women do this attitude thing often... not my first rodeo lady. But your dealing with my money and I would like some respect.

      I was extremely disappointed with the TD bank. They treated me like I was irrelevant and insignificant as a customer. You go to the place, they say it has to be by appointment, calls nobody answers, something else if I had the name of the attendant who treated me badly, I wouldn't hesitate to put it here

      Because of this location, I will change all my businesses accounts and personal accounts to different bank. Everything takes longer than usual (such as international wire transfer takes 2 hours because there is no one knows how to send international transfer in this location) Also, from head to toe, everybody has attitude, ridiculous customer service... I recommend to Gale Perry, instead of waiting thanks from the customer, you should expect that thanks from your colleague! You did not help me, you wasted my time but you helped your colleague, and you should ask your precious thanks to him not me!!! This is your job, and you have to help customers even if job is hard to do or complicated! You are not doing this job for thanks, you are doing this job for money...

      I recieved the best service from Frank. I ran in to open a new checking account I was tight on time and informed him immediately. He had my account opened and I walked out the door within 20 minutes. He went over every detail and expressed the great option this bank offers. The atmosphere at TD was wonderful. I will be referring all my co workers over to this bank!

      they are a fraud, I call because i receive a letter indicating a open account which I never did, they refused to give out any information as far as to how it was open, the operator refused to give any information including her name or any details on this account, never got confirmation either if was closed, they protect their behind completely, stay away, from this place that steals consumer info and open fraudulent accounts.

      While the branch is nice and the staff friendly, it is how you are treated by a customer from start to finish that goes the furthest. I was lied to by customer service by being reassured that I wouldn’t run into any issues in regards to opening a new account. After being strung along by the “regional office” games they wanted me to play, I’ve decided that they are not a bank that values their customers. There are too many options available and I suggest you DO NOT use TD Bank for any banking needs and this message serves as your warning if you go through similar troubles as I have.

      How many times Must I go into your Bank before someone finally figures out why my account is in No check status so that I can have access to the money I deposited in there a week ago into thee account I opened two weeks ago... You guys no my number and will not answer my calls and very well know I live an hour away...Does Anyone there or on the 800 number line have Any type of Customer service experience??

      They are always so helpful and a very nice lady helped me immensely the other day with opening a new bank account. Wish I remembered her name, I think it was Tracy…idk but love them
