  No “typical car salesman” here! Russell Lee, from start to finish, was personable AND knowledgeable which made the detestable car shopping experience actually enjoyable! No high pressure here! Encore and their professional team now have another satisfied customer to add to their customer base!

  Just bought a car here around two days ago. Smooth process, polite team, and a stellar auto. They don't put trash out on their lot. From the cheapest car they sell to the most expensive - if it's for sale here, you can be confident in the cars quality and maintenance history.

  I have been driving by for years, and I never thought I could afford to walk into Encore. Their cars are so perfect , I was content to just window shop. Thanks to Chris I found my dream car in my budget.

  Going into this dealership and talking with Donna Phillips was a completely different than other car dealerships. For one the cars are mint there is no pressure and its so nice to feel like they care not just want to sell you a car. Cant say enough good things about them

  Where do I even start from the lies to the customer service to the fact that the owners do not care about anything but getting money. I purchased the car that had a check engine light on that they said they would fix. I have brought the car back to them 3 times since in one week to get the car fixed and they still can't fix the problem. I come by to pick up my car when they say it's fixed and it wasn't and there is ice cream all over the car on the inside of the car!!!! From what I heard the same thing happened 3 days ago to another lady in a BMW the employee was eating Reese's in the back seat of the car, I don't know how the employee wasn't fired the 1st day this happened, but to let it happen again the same week, and still do nothing about it. I came in there to speak to the owners and obviously I was very upset and frustrated I never yelled or cursed at that them but I definitely expressed how upset I was. The owner guy stood up from his chair and told me you will not talk down to me like this I am the boss and no one talks to me like this. He was obviously very embarrassed of his employees in the way The whole situation went down but he did not have to get defensive and tell me to leave because he felt like I was threatening him by leaving him a one star review if the situation wasn't fixed. He told me I don't know how you guys handle things in New Jersey or talk in New Jersey but nobody talks to me like that, now get out of here! Out of all the years of buying cars I have never experienced such a situation I highly recommend nobody goes to this place to buy cars. The 2 owners do not like people from up North, And they said this is how we handled things down South. Guy should change his name to Women, because he handled the situation like one. The worst place to buy a car anywhere in Sarasota. Check the videos and pictures I posted on google and on other site. Who eats food in a customer's car, and then yells at the customer like they did something wrong?! ENCORE MOTOR CARS does!!! DO NOT GO HERE. I own several businesses in town and I highly recommend never go here!!!!

  Mr. Solorzano, we appreciate you leaving a review with your concerns We cleaned the debris in your car when you arrived at our dealership to pick it up. As you stated, after you left the dealership the check engine light came on and we were prepared to assist with your problem. Unfortunately, when you started threatening our business with a barrage of bad reviews along with profanity, name calling and attempting to use intimidation, it made it impossible to resolve your problem.

  Very Happy with our ML-350. Chris helped us choose the right car for us. They had the 3 models that we were looking at. Having all these vehicles in one spot makes car shopping so much easier and quicker.

  Dear Chris Barksdale, I live overseas and saw an Inferno Orange 2011 Camaro convertible on Ebay that was being sold by Encore Motor Cars. My wife wanted a Camaro convertible from 2009 (even before they were being built by GM). I searched and found the perfect car for sale by Encore Motors for her. I was so anxious to purchase the car that I contacted you directly and you immediately arranged for the contract to be prepared and for me to wire the deposit and purchase price to you. The whole transaction was efficient and very professional. The car is everything you described and more. It is perfect for my wife. It is difficult buying a vehicle long distance as you are unable to see it and inspect it in person. I trusted you implicitly and you did not disappoint. I appreciate your honesty and integrity and all the help you gave me to make this deal happen and also get the vehicle shipped to me safely with no damage or problems. I do not hesitate in recommending your services and Encore Motors to all my friends and colleagues in the Cayman Islands and elsewhere. Encore is extremely fortunate to have you as an employee.
