  Phenomenal Customer Care! For over 4 months I have been dealing with the worst Mortgage Company on the Planet! "Loan Guys". Let me tell you, these loans would not have gotten Closed at the rate it did had it not been for the staff at Liberty Title in Sterling Heights going the extra mile! They worked, stayed after business hours, and flat out went over and above to get my loans done and make sure my loans got close and my rate lock didnt expire. Loan guys repeatedly inexplicably put them up against the wall. And they had my back and more as diligent and kind than anyone could imagine. They are almost an hour from my home, and I have no problem passing 50 other title companies to drive out here and close my future properties as a result of their world class service and kindness. Thank You

  Liberty Title is the title company I would choose over and over again. Closing today was simple and straightforward. Their staff is always attentive, quick to respond, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with them to close on my property. I will be recommending them to anyone else I know in need of a title company to close with.

  They delivered our closing papers right to our car curbside to sign, Covid safe! Very polite staff at the Port Huron office. Happy to have worked with them. I would use Liberty again in the future.

  Very professional group of people, kept us well informed throughout the whole process, even when the buyers needed to move the closing date up 2 weeks to lock in a lower rate they managed to pull it off flawlessly and on time. Great job and thank you!

  I'm a real estate agent. I recommend all of my clients use Liberty Title. They are the best to work with. I love how they give an enhanced owner's policy for free when both sides use them for title insurance. They also are a great resource when I need advice or have questions that are title-related.

  We worked with Wendy Smith, and she was very responsive and professional. All e-mails were replied instantly even at late nights at weekends and on public holidays, and all questions were answered clearly. It was also much cheaper and quicker than the other title companies we've worked with. Highly recommended!

  poor service, my closing was December 21, 2021 suppose to fund December 27th, 2021, no replies to my phone calls and voicemail messages. Dont use this company, irresponsible!
