  From the beginning till the end, my loan specialist Kim Johnson has been nothing but a joy to work with. She has stayed consistent and professional throughout. She made everything work for me and was very flexible with time. There were many times I had to text her at night, on the weekend and she would still respond and help me along. She answered all questions I had. She made everything smooth on her end and we’ve always met our schedule. I want to thank the whole GLMF and everyone that helped us along the way in getting our house, but a spiecial recognition and appreciation to Kim Johnson.

  I had a fantastic experience with refinancing. It was the easiest and most organized experience ever! They were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and had great communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend!

  My experience working with Miranda was by far the best experience I could’ve asked for. The entire process was explained to me, step by step and I was prepared for each of those steps. Miranda was extremely responsive. She never batted an eye at my TONS of questions and she always provided a friendly response. I will be recommending Great Lakes to EVERYONE I know.   Ken was there every step in f the way and to answer any questions I had. He got me approved for a loan in less than 24 hours and worked with my realtor to help me get my dream home! I highly recommend him to everyone and will definitely go through him again for any future needs!

  I had the pleasure to work with Grant and Miranda on the refinance of my house. VERY knowledgable people very professional and they were there for me EVERY step of the way throughout the process. Any time I had a question or concern I knew when I called Grant and Miranda they would walk me through step by step until i understood everything i needed/wanted to know. Miranda and Grant are VERY courteous and professional and are the BEST in the business this is the second time I've used Great Lakes Mortgage Financial and didn't hesitate one bit first when my wife and I purchased our house and again to refinance our house.   By far the BEST!!! Grant and Miranda kept us informed and moved quickly to get our mortgage closed, they ended every conversation with what was to be expected next so there were no delays. Taylor Ettel is upbeat, friendly, and easy to work with. Also, they have user friendly App for signing and uploading documents.
