  Worst experience I’ve ever had closing on a property. Had to call the headquarters to get them to do the work. Took 2 months after closing to get the bill of sale for the boat slip that came with the house.

  I had my closing here. The seller had his at a different agency. The deed that I received didn’t match up with the agreement that was finalized at Liberty. I have been leaving messages for two weeks. I have sent the paperwork I received during closing. And I have yet to find closure.

  Never schedule a buyer to close before a seller. When a buyer hands over a check they are supposed to obtain possession of property. Not with this title company.

  I was lied to in my closing, and I am still owed money. No responses to any of my emails, calls, or those from my agent. I will never use liberty again and suggest you go somewhere else.
