  I had a great experience at this location. Julie Cooley is the best tax preparer's I have ever dealt with. She is very nice, sweet, and cares about her customers. I have missed coming to Liberty Tax once in the last six tax seasons and Julie is by far the best ever. I just love her. Please never let her go. Thanks Carolyn Rhodey

  My fiance did her taxes with them and they are very nice and professional. I sat with her as they did her taxes together. She has used them for the last 5+ years without a problem. I have used them a few times myself and they alway do a great job with mine also. On a side note they do offer a class on taxes and how to prepare your taxes and others.

  Julie was so kind and sweet to my family while doing my taxes. She interacted with my kids and made it fun for them. I highly recommend going to see her for all your tax needs!

  Nikki was outstanding she went above and beyond to make sure my taxes was done correctly. After another location dropped the ball she took my taxes fixed them and I couldn’t be happier I highly recommend using this location and Nikki only!

  I see all these negative reviews and obviously you didn’t get to talk to Sweet lady I talked to! Krystall really helped me with my taxes and actually got me a return plus a $50 cash bonus for letting her do my taxes! Yes, They took $311 for their services out of my return but it was well worth it because I didn’t have to deal with the headache of doing it myself! I had five W-2s and a lot of other things that had to be considered. She did a great job And got me the maximum return!

  Tax preparers took my documents but never filed my taxes. Tried contacting them for weeks to get status update, was finally assured they would be taken care of. They never were. Tried contacting them for months afterwards to at least get my documents back. No response over e-mail and their office was always closed. By far the worst tax service I've ever used.

  I ended up doing my taxes at home. I got more doing it myself. They wanted 500 out of the 600 they were going to get me. I did turbo tax free at home and got 2× more
