  Overall good experience. I've used them for four years now and this is the first year I had any issues. The only problem was the $50 cash they offer for filing. I was told after filing, they don't offer the $50 bonus this year. There was a sign on the window the said " File now before 2/20 and receive $50" I filed on the 16th. Didn't push it much, then the next day got a call saying I could pick up the $50 with my return. Guess it all worked out. The staff was very helpful overall.

  I have used Liberty Tax for 5 years now. They are very friendly and professional, offer a great military discount, and have made tax filing easy. Cindy especially is wonderful-- very knowledgeable and experienced.

  Update- came back to Ms Cindy for our 2021 taxes. You guys, if you sold a home last year or own rental property- Ms Cindy is the person to go to. Trust me. She saved us from paying several hundred$ by providing the forms she needed to file our taxes. The fee and wait was totally worth it. Ms Cindy and Ms Dawn we’re great! They are subject matter experts in their field. Will definitely be back next year!-2020 filing year
