  From the moment I walked in the store, I felt such an overwhelming amount of kindness and love. Ute Barkey (Certified PawnBroker) was funny, respectful and made me feel like a valued customer! Lisa Bishop (Store Manager) went above and beyond to meet my needs and assisted Ute with the transaction! I got TOP dollar for my HD Monitor and I even received a BIG smile and friendly “Thank You” at the end of my transaction! I like the atmosphere here! The employees and the manangement go above and beyond to make the customer smile and treat the customer like family! It was a pleasure doing business with these fine people! Way to go EASY PAWN of Clarksville!

  I went to the EasyPawn in Clarksville, TN. I find it a really nice pawn shop to go to. The staff are friendly and there was a good selection of items to choose from. We weren't really going to buy anything the one time we went in there, but I certainly had fun looking. They had some cool instruments.

  I absolutely love this pawn shop they always have awesome stock and manager always goes above and beyond to help her customers in any way possible. I've been going there buying and pawning things for 2 years and I would highly recommend all of them.

  I walked into the pawn shop after shattering the screen on my phone. I had been in there one time before and saw that they had a couple iPhone 5 that I thought I could use to replace mine. There was a blonde woman there who was very helpful. I asked her whether or not those phones were compatible with MetroPCS service and the red headed woman interrupted and said, "we don't work for the phone company!" the redhead, who I believe is the assistant manager, was very rude and I told her that I was not speaking to her. I was conducting business with another employee. She said that she would not be discounting anything for me and that I was not welcome. I told her that she was disgusting and she called me a b**** and told me to never come back. I told her that I would not dream of ever spending a dollar someplace that I was treated like that. I have never been treated so badly in my life. and to think I was willing to spend $400 on a phone in that place! Instead I went to the cell phone repair shop on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. There I got the same phone(Galaxy S5) for about $100 less and was treated very well by Ryan. It's right across the street from the Cricket Wireless store. Go check them out, they have the newest and hottest phones on the market.

  The manager is RUDE! She talks to you loke you are an idiot and gets very angry when she has to honor the protection plans OR the 7 day return policy. Sheacts like you are beneath her. Well mews flash lady.....you manage a pawn shop. You dont save lives. The rest of the staff are pleasant and helpful. I would NOT recommend this shop however because SHE is SO VERY RUDE!

  Great place to buy things at as well as a great place to pawn things. The people that work there are very friendly, knowledgeable, and try to help however they can.
