      I came to Ft Campbell BOA at 9am from out of town, but they open late at 10am. I don’t use this bank much because I’ve had bad customer service previously when I wanted to put money in my grandmother’s account. But on 6 July 2022 I came back to the bank at 2:48 pm, there was one person scheduled and he heard my dilemma for driving out of town because we don’t have a BOA near ft Knox. Long story short The teller politely offered us water for our 2 1/2 hour road trip back home., but said she could not help because it takes a long time to add someone on the account and she has one person scheduled and the bank closes at 4…..That scheduled person offered to let me go ahead but she still said no. I politely left even though if that was me I would have helped the out of town customer. When I went to Abound bank on Ft Knox, they seen me in my car waiting so they opened 5mins early . I added my dependent to my account in 25 min. Now I remember why I don’t really Bank with Bank of America. I didn’t feel like a customer.

      Excellence in Banking at BOA Cunningham Plaza location. I have been doing business with BOA since 1998, over time I have worked with many different associates at BOA but Kathy K and JB are top notch! Both are the pleasant, caring and proficient. Their skills in providing banking needs or resolving problems are superior to other banks. Kathy K or JB will deliver nothing less than the best from expertise and professionalism to top-notch communication. Love the fact that Kathy K will reach out just to make sure all my needs at BOA are being met and that I have no issues or concerns and notifies me of any new banking opportunities. JB always makes me feel welcome and important when I visit the bank. If you’re in the market for any banking needs please give them a chance. You’re sure to be impressed!

      Only one teller inside and the drive throughs are always closed. If you go in be prepared to stand in line for 30 minutes. Will be finding another bank for our business account.

      This is the second time that I have been to this location. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Kathy was more than helpful assisting me with a credit card and different options to choose from. I would like to thank everyone that works there for all that they do.

      My wife has cashed her work check here for the past few weeks and the experiences haven't been great. The Caucasian lady who seemed to be in charge of the tellers was rude to her employees of color on previous visits and today wasn't any different. My wife's employer is foreign and ESL so her English handwriting isn't always perfect. Today her paycheck was refused by the female employee for a missing "d" in the word "thousand", even though the teller who my wife was working with didn't see it as a problem. Her employer banks with them and she has cashed multiple times with no issue, so this situation was just inconvenient, disrespectful and plain poor customer service.

      As usual the building is full and they have one teller on duty. This is the worst managed bank location in America. Customer service is non existent.

      Worst experience I ever had. We came in to set up several new accounts and was turned away as they were "waiting for someone to come with an appointment" i see the owner claims they are trying to remain open due to "covid regulations" really its just that your employees are a$$holes. Belittling, acting as tho your above your clients... Hmmm... I found great service at F&M. I wish I could give zero stars but you need atleast one to post a review. Clarksville, save your energy and go elsewhere!!!!

      They don't give temporary checks when I asked for it even when it's their fault. The lady whom I opened an account with didn't order checks when I told her to and also didn't give me temporary checks either. Now, when I need it she is on vacation. They told me to pay $15 for cashier check and wait over a week if I don't want to pay shipping fee. Basically, telling me to pay when they are at fault.

      The tellers are always pleasant and professional. However, during a pandemic, the drive-thru should be open- this is just common sense. I am a business customer and have no choice but to stand in a lobby with no visible sanitizing measures, with people not adhering to mask mandate or distancing, not to mention the long waits standing in one place. It baffles me that Bank of America will not offer drive thru service for business customers, disabled customers, or protect their employees from the uncaring, germ-laden public.

      Horrible bank. Immediately wrote off my family and would not open accounts for us. They told us our IDs weren’t valid when we got them at the DMV today!!! Unhelpful and didn’t even try. Had us sit down and wait while all of the employees were in the corner talking, there was no other customers in the bank!!!! Horrible service and do not recommend!
