  I never have a problem whenever I come here. She always does everything quickly and efficiently, and I never have to worry about waiting a long time for her to do my taxes

  I was able to take a tax class this year with instructor and liberty partner Ms. Patricia Meadow. She was very knowledgeable, consistent, and hands on. I love that she was flexible in her teaching methods for those of us who may need extra examples or explaining and time to grasp certain concepts and material. I like that she reiterated a lot of the need to0 know concepts. I do wish the course was longer. It was a lot of information to take in but the instructor did well with the timeframe and load of information.

  Recently completed the tax class with Ms. Pat. Overall it was a great 8 week class. She was a great instructor. I've really learned alot about preparing taxes from her. She was very knowledgeable and professional.

  Tabitha is fantastic. She has been doing my taxes for two years straight now, and it has been quick, easy, and the best experience I've ever had filing taxes. The fees are extremely cheap. All of the agents their are nice and helpful. There's no better team to go to in Hampton Roads. 10/10 will be going to them for as long as I can. Tabitha you are the best. Give this team a try. You wont regret a second.

  The owner is snippy and rude. We asked questions and instead of answering them she responded defensively and as though we didn’t know what we were talking about. Which we didn’t and why we asked in the first place. We also won a free tax prep voucher at a silent auction which wasn’t free to us and somehow we were charged over $300. She was defensive when we asked about it and her response was “well as much work as I put into this, it’s not going to be free.” Again we paid at the charity event for the “free tax prep.” We gave her the voucher when we came in at the very beginning and had no idea we would be charged the $300 until the very end. I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone to go there or go back. I’d say she was unethical and just not friendly to work with.

  took tax class from new owner, Ms. Meadows. Awesome class. I learned so much. She is a true tax professional who serves the client to get the best refund allowed and is fast too!

  This is absolutely the least professional business I have ever seen in my life. My husband and I went here to get our taxes done and the employee who completed them did it incorrectly. Upon returning to have them fix the issue we were told by a preparer that she didn't know how to fix it, refused to touch them or even try to look up the solution, and told us we needed to come back when the owner was there. The owner was friendly until asked about their "100% satisfaction guarantee" at which point she got snippy and rude and refused to refund our preparing fees. Corporate has been zero help as now the owner has stopped responding to our complaints through them. For a company that says how much they like the military, I am highly disappointed and will be looking into having this location black listed for all military personnel as well as filing a lawsuit them for false advertisement on a signed document. Go to any location other than this one. They are uneducated, rude, and have absolutely no integrity.
