  Don’t bank with Navy Federal! We had over a $900 fraud and they denied our claim and we tried to appeal it and weve heard nothing for over a month about it and called today and they said oh yeah that was denied too.. When this happened they had to close our entire bank account. Now they said they need more proof when it’s all on the app that they couldn’t secure enough. So thanks Navy Federal Credit Union you suck. We will definitely be switching to a better bank that actual cares about and protects their service members and family’s money.

  Great customer service. The employees were very prompt, knowledgeable and very nice. There were quite a few children in the waiting area and they made sure the children had something to play with or color with. Although the parking is crazy over crowded and there was a lot of business here, the waiting time wasn't bad.

  I am very please with navy fed. Probably one of the.best banks out ther. Very fast on loan, approves you no matter how bad your situation is, and people there are very helpful. Never had an issue with anything since I join in 2007

  Fast service with professional and friendly staff. It appears that corrections were made based on previous complaints. I have been using this branch for about four months and my wait time has been no more than six or seven minutes. I have not used the drive through, so I can not speak to the drive through.

  This bank doesn't even deserve one star. Wait time over 30 minutes inside. When trying to get to drive up ATM, was having to wait in a line of traffic because parking lot was so inconvenient. Almost six accidents in parking lot just sitting there to wait to get around people to get to the ATM. Worst bank ever!
