  Stephen helped us refinance our home. We had a great rate to start but Stephen was able to get us an even better rate that is now saving us hundreds of dollars a month! Stephen communicated clearly and regularly but was not intrusive and bothersome. Documents were easy to sign, easy to submit, and closing took less than 15 mins with the title company he suggested. It was a breeze and will be recommending him to all our family and friends!

  If it wasn't for Mr. Anderson, I would be paying 200 dollars more a month on my mortgage. He took the time to look at my then current mortgage rate/payment and was able to give me a new rate that was the lowest I could find. What I appreciate even more was is there was no pressure to sign. He presented the information, walked us through the process and then left it up to my wife and myself to make our decision, answering all our questions along the way.
