Tiara Moore1If I could give this credit union a zero I would. The customer service is terrible. When you ask a question, the tellers will always respond with a smart remark. I spoke to a Rachel over the chat and she was nice nasty. Also, the tellers at the window were horrible at explaining why a hold was placed on my funds. I was told when I signed up that my checks would be available after my husband and myself made this a direct deposit account. My money is still being held. They are terrible. I'm looking for a new credit union now.

Holly Legrand1BayPort doesn’t care about it’s members during the pandemic. You only have 60 days to dispute a charge. Companies say Covid delayed us, shipping services are delayed. True story it does take USPS to deliver a package. Thanks BayPort for allowing them to steal my money!! I am looking elsewhere for my banking needs. Such a shame. I’m looking elsewhere for my banking needs.

Cyndi7571My daughter ( who’s 19) and I went to open new accounts. From the moment I met the bank representative, the energy was negative. I did not feel welcome. She did not smile or properly greet me at all and her facial expressions were non existent. Not even half way through me being there, I decided not to open my account and left. I will never come back there. I went to the office where my daughter was opening her account and asked the banker if she could excuse my daughter. I asked her how did she feel about the banker she is talking to and did she seem friendly. My daughter said no and the banker acted as if she didn’t want to be there. I informed that banker also that no accounts will be opened. I also made sure that co workers, friends, and family members were aware of our less than pleasant exeprience there.

Saadiq Ahmad Edmond1I have banked with Bayport since I was 15 years old and I'm 28 now. I started while they were Ft. Monroe Credit Union and didn't even have debit cards. Yesterday was the first time I'd ever experienced ANYTHING like what I experienced dealing with their over the phone customer service. I was refused service after verifying: my name, social, date of birth, previous 2 addresses, current address, mothers maiden name, security questions, deposit dates, draft dates and amounts, loan information, mother's date of birth etc. Do you want to know why? Because my voice didn't match my ID. I even offered to read my organ donor number from my license because I had it on me. I called my mother an authorized user on this account to have her verify. Now I have to take off work to file a fraud claim because they have blocked me from accessing my information online. I will be pulling EVERYTHING I have with you all. I'm still in shock.

I highly recommend them for any of your banking needs!!!! You all take banking to another level with customer service, efficiency, and your can do attitude! Thanks to all of you for your hard work!

Devin Michaels5I bank out of the (2300 Cunningham Drive) Hampton, VA location and have had very good customer service experience with one particular individual named Deborah Taylor. She calls me every so often to remind me of payments, she's explained things I needed help with, et cetera. She is very patient and respectful, and she has been a great representative of Bayport overall. I don't remember what she said her position is called, but I really appreciate her professionalism and the way she does her job.

Daniel Woodard1No longer supports cash app.. thank you but I'll decide where I can and can't transfer my money, I've never heard of any other bank forcing you to use zelle instead ..account cancelled

Nicole Morro1Worst and I mean worst bank I have ever dealt with. They steal your money, treat you like a the lowest of society and talk down to you when you call. Do not bank with them!!!
