  I have had extremely good service at LIberty Tax. I like the people there and they have done my taxes for several years. The prices are fair and the owners are very conscientious. I have a very complicated return and they have handled it with precision and patience. I would recommend them!

  Well they cost me @ $854.21 by not checking a box. Then they said there was nothing they could do. But I had used them for 4 yeast before this mistake. Never having a problem in that time.

  I will never use this company again not only do they not as well as appear to know what their doing.The preparer I used Cheryl ask me all the question as if she was getting it done from me.She also told me when my state return comes in that it could be picked up there.after the state released it she then get amnesia lol.The amount doesn't matter this group been unprofessional from the start.I checked on my state she said what she had to say I hung up she call my phone and said did you just hang up on me. Never used them again for their overrated fee and I don't care attitude.

  I had used their service for 4 years, so far 2 have come up audited and they were incorrect. They only got 1 star so I could write this review. The excuse I got for their almost $700 screw up this time was. "It was his first couple of years." This does not remotely come close to whispering professional. Their incompetence has warned me off from using any liberty branch.

  I don't know where to begin. Liberty Tax has been doing our returns for almost 18 years. Such good people and very knowledgeable in their field. I don't know what I am going to do when Mr. Dale retires! This is an honest company with family oriented values that offers a needed service for a fair price. I will always use Liberty Tax.
