  Great company. Its my first time dealing with this office and everyone welcomed me as I walked in. Everyone was very professional from Mrs Courtnei to Haley and especially Mrs Pamela she was very informative and helpful throughout the process. Would definitely recommend 👌

  Would I recommend 5 start ? Personally No , To get a loan yes it's a quick process but if you want to build relationships with a company this is definitely NOT it . When you walk in it's very quiet maybe 1 person Will greet you at the door take your payment and bye . When I open an account anywhere I like to feel comfortable and welcome ! Only person who's always had a smile was Whitney . She provided great customer service ! If you ever forget your payment DON'T worry they will never call you unless your payment it's VERY behind ! Solicitation ? They have no clue what's that ! I know for a fact if I worked at a loan company I would solicítate to keep relationships with customer and make my company grow ..

  Everyone was so welcoming and professional from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. The receptionist was nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was very professional, not like some places where no one wants to work but wants to be clocked in. Whitney is who helped me and she answered every question that I inquired about. I would definitely recommend 1st Franklin Financial to everyone.

  Im actually a repeat customer with 1st Franklin and I'm more than impressed with their work. The staff was very helpful with taking care ofmy loan applications promptly which was a huge relief.
