  Quite possibly some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in a Bossier business. I had to sell a few things due to a painful turn in my life. They were so kind to me, and made me laugh when I really needed a “pick me up.” I returned with a few more items. They recognized me immediately and asked how I was feeling/doing! This is a place you will want to give your business. I recommend them 100% and I’m glad they are part of our great community of businesses in Bossier.

  I came in today to purchase a rifle the staff was very friendly and helpful. After we picked out the rifle I went to ensure that rifle was functioning properly and had a question about the gun. With no return policy on used firearms I did a functions check on the firearm and realized it wasn’t working correctly or possibly I didn’t know enough about the rifle. The nice lady who I was working with didn’t know the answer so she grabbed a manager from the back, which I appreciate her honesty and willingness to try to help.. The woman who came from the back was extremely rude proceeded to lecture me on not putting my finger on the trigger. Coming from a Army Vet there was no harm in pointing the weapon in a safe area ensuring it was clear and doing a dry fire. After today’s encounter I will not be back.

  Hello Cameron, We first want to say that the health and safety of our staff and customers is paramount. We do offer a 30 day return policy in the form of store credit or exchange which is valid at any one of our 4 locations. In the 85 years we have been in business we have had very few firearms returned to us for repair or parts needed. We have never had a secure place at any of our locations to test fire a firearm. As pawnbrokers we do not know everything about all of our inventory. The best we can do sometimes is look it up with you to help educate. The firearm you were looking at was inspected by the owner and everything checked out to be in working order and we have since sold the firearm first thing this morning. We would be happy to help you on something else in the future and hope to be able to provide you with excellent customer service in whatever your needs may be.

  Outstanding place to buy high quality jewelry at wholesale prices!! They have an outstanding jeweler if you want something designed as well. I was amazed at the level of service and the extensive knowledge the owners and staff possess!! I have shared my experience with many friends and several were already customers! Would give 10 stars if I could.

  I've dealt with (and known) the family of Max's for a long time. I first met Craig many years ago and have always been treated well. Several years ago, I had the chance to meet Ainsley when I purchased a wedding set. She was able to put together a gorgeous set for me. She and Craig took care of the sizing and everything. It turned out to be one of the best pieces I've ever seen. Another jeweler said the same thing. I'll be a long term customer!

  I've not had a good experience the last few times I've been here. The staff is extremely rude and just stare at you like they are guarding the gate to a palace. I used to drive over from Monroe to look at jewelry but won't be going back.

  Oh my how I love this place!! Best selection of jewelry anywhere and awesome prices!! The staff is so knowledgable and friendly! They take their time with you and will let you try on every piece of jewelry you want! They have other great items in their shop too!! A must go to place for anything you could want at a great price!

  Had a few guns that needed to be transferred and theses guys and gals were the best. Very professional ran store and in and out in less than 15 minutes. Store was very clean and did not have that creepy factor a lot of pawn shops have in our area. Will use theses guys again for sure

  Came in 2 days ago and was quoted 1 price. I come in today and the guy at the counter lies and says he did not quote me that price. I asked for the manager and she takes up for him by saying that I might have misunderstood him and that it was nothing they could do. I explained to the manager that I work in customer service and my job is to understand people and I understood him correctly when he told me a certain price. They did not honor it and I would not recommend them to anyone being that they tried to scam me. Will be taking further action towards them for the inconvenience.

  Hi Khalifa, I'm so sorry about the misunderstanding. The other day when you came in to inquire about a loan price on your headphones you did not have your item with you. As a courtesy our employee looked up your item online to simply verify or not whether we could take them. It is our company policy to only give price quotes when the item is physically in our hands to evaluate. And as a courtesy he shared with you the information he found online for what they sell for so that you could gauge whether you wanted a loan or not.   Max's handled the FFL transfer for a very large banquet we held and everything's went perfectly. Walt and his staff crossed every T and dotted every i and the people who won guns had no hassle picking up the guns. Walt and his dad are the friendliest guys you will meet, if you need anything give him an opportunity.
