  Bethany, Tyler, and the whole DSLD team went above and beyond to make our home buying experience the absolute best! From start to even after finish, they were there keeping us informed on everything that was going on and guiding us through each step.   Bethany and her team are awesome. We had tried a couple of lenders, however it seemed like an endless circular cycle. DSLD made us feel like a top priority from day 1. They are very transparent. We closed in 35 days (which is phenomenal) and everything was really ready at the 30 day point. I definitely recommend everyone give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

  I was really nervous about the home buying process, in fact I had been by the model home in Victoria Medows 2 or 3 times each time Tiffany was so kind. She was always willing to go over all information with me and answered any questions I had. Once I finally made up my mind to have my home built Tiffany was quick about getting me in contact with Bethany. Bethany gave me a phone call and set up an appointment for me to come into her office.Once I met with Bethany everything was a smooth process, Bethany was able to answer any questions I had about the loan process.   Omg! This was such an exceptional experience! As a first time home buyer I expected the horror stories I had heard lol but this was the BEST service I have ever received! My whole team did a great job, but Bethany and David truly are exceptional! They went above and beyond and at times made it seem as if I was their only concern! This calmed me and allowed me to enjoy the home buying process. I truly could not have seen myself purchasing a home without them! DSLD has truly donw a great job and are awesome in my book!
