  I have been going to Liberty Tax for a few years after a certain national tax prep company that I had been using for 10 yrs royally screwed my out of state taxes and didn't correct it even though I paid the the 'protection'. Liberty Tax is SO much different than the others. The staff is wonderful, efficient, and helpful with any question you may have. They work well with each other and communicate professionally. This year I unfortunately went in on the day their server went down, was offered their drop off service, and was able to come back in first thing the next morning, get a run through, sign my papers and I was out the door in 35 minutes ( would have been less, but we got to talking about family since there were no other customers). Making an appointment online is so easy, or you can call or use their drop off. I am so happy I walked in there all those years ago. I NEVER worry about tax season now.

  Very bad service, unprofessionalism at its finest, I’ve never had so much trouble with my taxes ever, Lucille did my taxes and over charged me for my amendment fee then I get a call from the office on a Friday saying they have my state taxes when I was told they would’ve been mailed to my house, so I arrive at 11 o’clock on a Tuesday when they first open, nobody was there the door was locked and I called them multiple times to get assistance and … nothing happened, Liberty taxes has giving me the worst tax experience ever and I will gladly never come back here to do my taxes. I can go on and on about the cons of this place and how there’s no pros. My real question is, Why does liberty taxes have a open sign up and all the lights are off and the door is lock nobody is to be seen, but yet y’all are supposed to be open. This was not the first time this has happened to me at this same liberty taxes, and to top it off they don’t call you back even though you may call them 10 times. Horrible communication, no professionalism, all around a bad place to do your taxes.

  Unprofessional and rude. Don’t even waste your time. Said they couldn’t do my 1099 and laughed at it. H&R Block for the win.

  I’ve had our taxes hanging over us since 2014 with each year after that just snowballing out of control. So overwhelmed by it that I allowed it to stress me out for 4 years. I finally made the decision to take control and seek professional help for it. Lucille is an angel who will never fully know how much she has blessed my family. I owe her so much and if I could give this review 10 stars, I would. I’m moving forward to a better path and a better me, and it’s all thanks to her. I don’t know her personally but I loves her. I pray that god blesses her the way she has blessed me and for being so selfless. I wish so many were like her, this world would be a better place. The biggest gift you can give anyone is your time, because once you give someone your time, you can’t get it back. She gave me a lot of her time, and I will be forever greatful for that. I loved all the ladies and David who work in this office and how polite they are. Thank you sincerely.

  This particular Liberty tax service has the best service and the most experienced tax preparers who not only make the process as fast and easy for you as possible but who also get you every possible legal deduction that there is. This year they also have 24 hour cash advances that can get you up to $1,300.00 with NO FEES OR INTEREST. Coming here is well worth the drive no matter where you live in the tri-county area

  Don’t waste your time or money. Over priced and not helpful. We had a scheduled appointment that was double confirmed, when we got there lights were off and doors locked, no one answers the phone but the irony is that there answering machine says they are open until 9pm mon-fri (we had a 6:30 friday appt). Waited there 15 min no one showed, requested someone call us back, no call back the next day. Needles yo say we found a much better place to go. Wish I could give negative stars this place is so unprofessional and a joke!

  Negative experience. I went there to claim my 2018 tax return and the information given to me was very confusing and never told me how much they would charge me. Now I realize that the fees were too high compared to other places. I will never go there again.
