  Have utilized the same tax person for 3 years or more. He not only helped me get a situation resolved remaining from a divorce, but has always steered me right and been quick to get things resolved. This year it took under 2 hours to get everything done while I was working. Would recommend to anyone.

  I don't doubt that this CPA firm has difficulties hiring short-term seasonal employees to cover all the hours their office is now open, but their tax preparation and e-filing is beyond reproach. I have used Liberty Tax since 2000, and have always been very pleased and impressed with their service; they have always saved me money! I was trained by the IRS to help soldiers file their taxes, and I served in that capacity for years, so I'm comfortable with tax preparation, however I use Liberty Tax to ensure accuracy and to ensure that all deductions are included in my multi-schedule, complicated returns. I have utmost confidence in the CPA's and senior tax preparers and their knowledge. I have confidently referred many folks to Liberty Tax, and have appreciated their positive feedback.

  I will NOT be returning to this place and I don't recommend it unless you want the run-around. I've had problems ever since I entered. I had all the forms I needed to file and someone did not photo copy what THEY needed. Upon calling them because I was non-existence in the irs website,, they said they could not process my return until they had it. What? They said it wasn't my fault and they were sorry, but they did NOTHING to make it right on their end. I've had to call several times to make sure everything went through on this point they kept saying they would call me back, and never did. A couple of times they actually did, several hours later when I was busy and at work. The last time they told me they would call me back in a half an hour and they never did. That was a day ago. Extremely frustrating! NOT professional and I regret bringing my business to them. Go somewhere else.

  Supposed to give out tax forms and was unwilling and perhaps too incompetent to go to irs.gov and print the forms. Told me to go to the library. Which was closed for in service. “You will have to go to the library on Monday” was the managers quote.

  I would like to say that the receptionist and people that answer the phone are very rude and no one has the same answer if you ask a question, one person will tell you something and the next person you ask will tell you something else. I loved my guy that did my taxes but I will not go back there with all the other people that were rude I do not know how they are still in business. and when I ask why they don't all have the same answer on any questions all they tell me is we will speak to the owner about this but will not let you speak the owner. I would not star this place at all cause it needs to have better people working there and when I get a answer that they have worked there for a very long time that tells me the owner does not care about his customers.

  It took looooong time to do my tax return and they are not answering even the phone calls!!

  If you care getting the greatest amount of refund possible, then this place isnt the best
