  Walked in five minutes before closing. We are not customers but needed quarters for our son to do laundry. They were so nice and gave us all we needed.

  This is a terrible account for college students. We got this account to pay rent more easily and WOW was that a terrible idea. Opting out does not mean they will not pay anyways and charge you as a *helping hand. They will transfer you as soon as you start asking questions and tell you it's not possible. They will continue to charge you, and then tell you it's IMPOOOOSSIBLE to not send out money you don't have. Over $100 in fees and they basically said overdraft opt out only counts on the debit card. Insanity. Absolute insanity. Would never recommend. STAY AWAY

  They’re usually always nice & do their best. Also they don’t really enforce taking your mask off for the cameras. Probably just something stupid from Corporate made them put up/signs. But yeah, overall they’re pretty good ^^

  They require you to wear a mask to go inside,but then they require you to take the mask off and look into the camera to go inside. How about we quit playing stupid games. I banked here for years and usually I would recommend it. But I'm not a circus animal jumping through hoops and I have my limits for nonsense. Maybe I'll just go live in the woods.

  The staff at this location are amazing. I pick up boxes of coins from this location twice a week. They are very very helpful and have gone out of their way to be helpful. I will not go to another Hills Bank location.

  I went to The bank on Friday to do international trans payment and the personal banker there told me they are about to close and I can come on Saturday to do it. When I came on Saturday another clerk give me another story and told me that they can’t do international transfer Saturday without even an sorry for giving false information. Wasting my time.

  Love this bank since I moved to Iowa city for very serious medical reasons there very helpful and very friendly at all locations that I have experienced. I would recommend this bank
