  Taylor was great! He was efficient while walking me through the most appropriate steps to ensure my account was secure while providing me the needed time to navigate the online banking system at my pace. Taylor was able to make the changes needed while maintaining a professional, personable, and positive attitude.   I have worked with Raleigh on a refinance. They were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable. They provided prompt service and always answered any questions I had. They were very pleasant. If there was something they didn’t know they found the answer and followed up. I highly recommend Raleigh. I plan to use them in the future if I have needs.

  Professional customer service! Knowledgeable in banking needs. The only bank that I know that they know you by name with a very mannerly greeting and when you are leaving! Job well done!

  The credit union is by far one of the easiest banks to work with! I've always had great experiences here. Whether it be answering questions about opening or changing by account, or simply cashing a check their tellers are always helpful, welcoming, and timely. Bri is my favorite and always makes sure my needs are met!

  Fantastic rates on loans and credit card and bank account perks, but it is the outstanding customer service that has earned my business for life. Mike is always extremely helpful whenever I have questions or need to make changes to my account. Would highly recommend GreenState to anyone in Iowa!

  I think GreenState Credit Union is the best! And have been a proud member (and communal owner) since at least 1991. They helped my husband and I buy our first home in Iowa City when we wouldn’t have qualified with traditional banks. We’ve always received exceptional help with any request. And I love the fact that, as a credit union member, I both own a share and also can help others improve their financial futures - just like the University of Iowa Community Credit Union and now named GreenState Credit Union helped us!

  I've had mixed experiences here. I've personally only had one troubling experience with them a few years ago with overdraft and NSF funds fees but thats mostly my fault. The customer experience on the other hand is really hit or miss, some people are actually really nice and enjoy working with you. Others are just straight up rude and make you feel bad for the "inconvenience" of accessing your money. I decided on 3 stars as I've had more positive than negative experiences with them. I would just not choose this branch...
