  Mrs. Mindy, did a great job on doing my taxes this year. Their is no one better than her at the tax office. It's likes she lives and breaths doing taxes for a living. Can't wait to see her next year.

  I’ve been coming to Liberty for over 10 years and I only deal with Mindy. She is my TAX GURU. I have no issues and I just live her Dearly. She knows what she is doing. I came this year and Mindy was not here and gentlemen ran my car and asked for my information. Said he would not misplace anything. Mindy comes back from being sick and I come in expecting just to sign as Asok the new owner lost my W-2. And I’m just finishing with my Mindy. Customer Service is awesome and she gets the job done. Love my Liberty but if Mindy leaves I’m gone. KIR

  This is my first time filing and i loved it everybody is so nice, respectful, and friendly. I will be going back to this location to get my taxes done next year. They made it such a easy process and i was nervous being that it was my first time but they made it so easy for me

  Today I worked with Ashok Lamichhane at the Fayetteville rd location, he was wonderful! Extremely personable and just as knowledgeable. He didn't simply throw my numbers into the computer and send me on my way. Ashok took the time to explain procedures and help me get a better understanding of my return. I will returning to him year after year!

  One of the worst tax experiences I have ever had in my life. The guy who did my taxes did not know what he was doing at all. I was the only customer in the building and was sent to the least experienced guy while the other two ate Burger King. He constantly had to ask them for help and instead of them just taking over they would walk over for a second and walk away. Most of my information was entered in wrong and he did not even allow me to see my taxes before he closed everything down. He entered my sons name twice and left my daughter off completely. He changed my sons birthday and social when he entered him in as my third dependent after also entering him as my second. The only reason I did not do my taxes myself is because I wanted an advance and him entering in the wrong information did not allow me to be approved. He gave me someone elses packet of tax info before I left. I called back up and could never speak to anyone because they said they were busy. I had to drive an hour back up there only for them to tell me they would fix it the next day. So the next day I spend the whole day calling up there and had to drive up there again only for the to tell me they cant print out the new information because the power is out. Basically I was charged 360 dollars for something I could and should have done myself for free, and I would have done it right. I am very disappointed in liberty they have done my taxes for the last four years, but this is definitely the last time. I would not advise anyone to visit this location
