      A horrific experience. I arrived to the bank at 4:45 and I waited in line for over 20 minutes (only one lane was open) for two cars in front of me. When I finally got up to the window, there was no one at the window. After waiting an additional 5-10 minutes, a teller came and told me they had closed. The teller’s name was Manissa and she was extremely rude and essentially ignored me while I tried to explain that I had been waiting for over 25 minutes. She refused to speak to me and I had to ask her 4 times for her name before she responded to me. When I called the bank this morning, I found out they have no manager. We have 4 business accounts and maintain a substantial amount of money is our accounts. We are considering moving to a bank that can effectively handle our business.

      Absolutely, hands down, the worst Suntrust branch of all time. Of the three times I have been physically to the branch in the last 6 months - twice the access to inside the branch was closed (including today - sign out front said closed due to emergency - was told by Suntrust when I called that everyone had COVID), and every time you try to use the drive thru, they either have only one lane open - sometimes two and only one person working the drive thru lanes with lines running around to the front of the branch. A forty minute wait should not be the norm to do everyday transactions at a bank. I don't know who the manager is but this branch used be well run but the last two years they have completely fell off the rails. If I don't receive a call from the bank manager and see some quick improvement in customer service, this 45 year customer of CCB/Suntrust will be looking for another financial institution.

      Gave one star because there is no zero option. This location has been drive through only for over a year which is ridiculous. They are always short staffed. Drive through lines are always long. I’m a long time customer who will be closing and moving multiple accounts.

      Wish I could give zero stars for this branch. Employees are totally misinformed, branch manager is completely unhelpful, and if you even mention that you might be interested in a line of credit they will harass you with phone calls. Never had a single problem at the Cary branch. I rather drive 30 minutes to the Kildaire Farm Rd. branch than ever come back here ever again. I have a personal bank account, a business account, a savings account and our mortgage through SunTrust, and my experiences with this branch make me wish I could move all 4 to another bank. Will be looking into that.

      I started a new account here today. The teller was friendly and the manager Brian took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I feel like he genuinely wanted to help me find the best options for my situation. Outstanding service.

      Every time I go to deposit my check it takes them at least 3 to 4 days to put it into my account. I have had nothing but trouble with this bank and I am changing banks immediately. I have never been so frustrated with a bank as I have been with this branch!

      Rhonda Thomas (Branch Manager) was very polite and professional. I felt welcomed from the time I arrived and the time I left. She is very good at her job highly recommend this place!!!!

      Terrible been standing in the line for over 15 minutes and still waiting. I don't understand how a business have two tellers working line getting longer and longer no one in the office comes out to help. This is my job bank. Could never get my personal business.

      Went to this location today at 11:35 and there was no one there and it was locked. They are supposed to be open until 12pm on Saturday. There were a lot of people coming besides us as well.

      Not the most informed customer service. Nobody here appears to know how to help or find help on any banking related issues. Very disappointed.
