  they never answer the phone. i have called over 20 times this morning and have not got a response. I have also emailed their mortgage officer a million times and have not received a response. i must say i have never worked with bank that provided such poor customer service.

  I hate for teller to give me my balance printed on the receipt WHEN I DID NOT ASK FOR IT. They said that they know it's me because they can see my picture on the monitor everytime I swipe my card.....So how do they know if it's me or my twin sister making the transaction???? I will suggest to STOP giving balances if customer don't ask. Unlike some people I do check my accounts online, I don't need tellers to tell me what my balances are.

  We arrived 10mins before are schedule appointment, because everyone time is valuable. But they don't think that.They give you an appointment to speak to a representative of this bank, but they don't see you until 15mins-20mins later. They need to be more professional with their customers.

  I have a car loan here. The “system” charged me multiple times for my car payments. The bank charge you for “insufficient founds“. Im Really tired of calling . I’ve call them for so many issues and im tired. I will be switching to another bank really soon.Worst bank to bank with and to get a loan.

  This is my second time whit this bad bank. They still your money. .10 year ago I went to withdrawal 200 dollars to the case point on 1010 road. I never got the money but they took it from my account. They never helped me. Now went to deposit a pay check and despair. They haven't helped me yet. Quien a perdido dinero of cheques en los cash points DE la coperativa? Porfavor unamos a desenmascarar esta organizacuon.

  I sent a client and she did not receive a good service. They treat her very poorly and couldn't get the documents that she requested. It was in the Garner branch

  Horrible place. Couldn't even give me a print-out of my balance or anything. And very slow, i waited over an hour for nothing.

  The people are friendly and helpful. They take the time to talk and explain things in Spanish.
