  I highly recommend Janice at Liberty Tax. I called to make an appointment and she was able to fit me in to her schedule the following day. I came in with tons of paperwork and had some complications but she was able to help me out tremendously! If you're looking for a new tax preparer, Janice is your gal!

  Janice Russell is a star, if you have problems with IRS she's the person to see. Very knowledgeable, professional and methodical. Put it this way, if I see someone else seated on that chair I will turn around and leave.

  The experience at Liberty Taxes of Rainbow was swift and on point same as Decatur office with Janice office manager ther who help my mom and sister. Both are Very knowledgeable Michelle Marley is the best and very informative. Taxes done right!!!! Liberty Taxes is/are the places to get your taxes done!!
