  2 tellers, 45 minute wait with only 5 people in line. Tellers are doing large amounts of paperwork, not just quick services. Poor management.

  There is always a long line, it has gotten worse over the last year and they only ever have two people helping customers- go to any other branch and you’ll not have as long of a wait. They don’t care about their customers at this branch.

  This Branch is one of the best Branches. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Juan Mendoza, Relationship Banker always do the best he can to help. Thank you for the good service. 👍👍👍👍👍. LT.

  I got there 20 minutes early for my 12 noon appointment. I finally got seen at 12:50 pm, and only because I had to remind them that I was in the waiting area. And after all that, my whole transaction only took 3 minutes! Bad!

  There is always a long line... Need more workers. I need to find another bank of America. This isn't even my bank. Thank goodness. I just have to deal with them due to others

  Most of the bankers are extremely friendly. Although they are staffed to cater to the Asian neighborhood, they are great to deal with even if you're not Asian. They are friendly and knowledgeable

  very uncultured staff, very cheeky, and very unprofessional. please solve these problems, because I see that the users of your services come out as dissatisfied as I do. thanks

  Really? 1 only 1 bank teller yesterday? To many employees a standing around! Need more tellers.

  Slower and slower every time.. they only have 4 windows and they only have 2 tellers working always.... ridiculous.. I'd rather go across the street to wells Fargo and pay 7.50..

  DO NOT use drive thru ATM after dark. Got robbed at GUN point even the place is well light and open. Worst, the bank refuses to reimburse me for the front windshield damage from the gun shot!!!! 2/2015
