      I scheduled a appointment online for 10:30 on April18th, surprisingly they had many open appointments! They opened at 9am according to Google, no one showed up until 10:45. When I went in he asked if I had an appointment, I said I scheduled online earlier and he said he doesn’t take online appointments and he’s all booked up, but if I want I can give him $50 and file for an extension with him and come back. NO THANKS . Will never go the Watervliet location. I was able to get an appointment in Albany. I have been to that location and had good experience in the past 🤞

      The best Tax place ever, affordable, have knowledge and friendly, I could not stop laughing at all the jokes during stressful times, great family oriented place. Taxes are stressful but He ( They) made it feel better, the positive vibes helped out. I highly recommend and cheaper than the other establishments. Thank you again 😎🙏😁🦸‍♂️

      Very nice people.been going here for 3 years wont go anywhere else..my first time was crazy and they helped me through it with out a problem no matter how long it took..they even offered to stay late just to get it done..amazing
