  The people at one main were very kind and understanding to the problems I was facing at the time.They truly saved my life they gave me a chance when other loan places would not .They was very professional and kind with me .They work with me they offered me great pay back plan options. I'm almost done with payments.Thank you one main for helping and being so kind in doing so.God bless you Latham office.

  Wish i would have shopped around. I could have pulled off a better rate then i took because i needed a car Immediately with a family as well as a referral from the company i brought the car from. Im just happy im able to pay the loan off sooner than later. Got the loan in August 4 months in and i already paid over 800 in interest. Just shop around to your local credit unions or commercial banks guarantee your rate wont be nowhere near their rates. Pay off as much as possible .half of loan amount will easily cut rate by more then half depending on where you are in the life of the loan. Customer service isn't bad but the institution is definitely predatory.

  In April 2017 my Identity was stolen and they got it all ,and what was just as bad the more loans, credit cards i applied for the lower my credit scores went lower ,are system has problem but I am here to talk about OneMain Financial , Latham ,NY office ,this is no lie after applying to (forty) loan business ,one place,one person and at the end it was everyone that worked in that office ,all my years dealing with banks it was like asking someone from your family for help .I have to get another loan for Christmas like i said are system has problems? I want to thank and wish everyone in the Latham,NY office a MERRY CHIRSTMAS to them and their families the best. I served my country for ten years and did my job well and to go through this with my state,my country and my service all turned their back on me ,especially my service time but when you meet people like in that office that's what i would die to protect their freedom.I want to thank you for your service.

  I have been with OneMain for a long time. They have always been there for me when I have needed help. I received help from Marcus this time and he was awesome. Everyone in the Latham office goes out of their way to help. I am very pleased with them.

  A financial institute that actually takes into consideration what you are dealing with in your life not 100% judgment on your credit score, they want to know WHY - not just look at a number and judge you. Great ppl - kind, caring and man do they work fast! Saved me 3xs I don't know where I'd be right now if not for OMF.

  Interest rate to high, paying over two years and still owe the same and not going down, the coupon book website sucks, as it freezes and or takes forever to open what I want, that was a waste of money. I never use it. Stay away from OneMain.
