  The ATM never works properly. It is frequently out of money. There is only one ATM for the whole big building for busy downtown troy. I frequent this location often as it is the closest to my house and the fees are outrageous if I use other Banks. Today as I was walking up I greeted the security guard who's normally outside the building which was closed at 4:00 p.m. on a Wednesday, the man in front of me asked me if I was there to use the ATM which I replied yes. He said he's there to service the ATM and it will take about 20 minutes to an hour I asked if I could possibly use the ATM prior to him servicing the ATM to which he replied no he said he came from Brooklyn to service the machine and that he can't wait. Great service. I pay to use the services and I can't use them that's ridiculous the man didn't even start his job yet. If someone would like to look into this this is 4th Street financial banking service in Troy New York zip code 12182 Wednesday September 22nd at 4:00 p.m.

  This location is awesome from the tellers to the bank manager everyone is so nice and helpful. Everyone is so helpful from Andres, Alex and the bank manager Will. The environment is so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you guys so much for all that you do. My son enjoyed the visiting also with me (14 yrs old).

  Always love coming to this branch. Staff is warm and courteous. Had the pleasure of meeting Alex today who helped us with our lockers and patiently answered all our questions. Also the there was no wait time and we were served immediately.

  It is nice to have a BOA here. I opened my first Credit account there four years ago. Over the past years, this place always has friendly staff and manager. Not a lot of people, appointment schedule is also very flexible.

  Solid location, parking can be a bit of an adventure (there's a not-often-mentioned lot, across the street, to the south, dedicated for customers, though). But as BoA has drawn down their presence in the area, there's often a longer line and fewer tellers to provide service. There are often loan officers standing around, who can't work the teller window, but this just seems frustrating, because they can't contribute. If you're in a rush, this might not be the branch for you. If you've got time or you're regularly in the area and can adjust with the minor rushes of people looking to get business done, then this branch will do great for you.

  This review should be considered for BOA as a company and not this single establishment. I have been screwed over by fees for years. I finally realized I was being charged monthly for my checking account even though I was a student at a community college. I came to get my money back into my account after being charged wrongfully. I got the excuse of "well thats only good till your 21" Needless to say my account was closed that same day and I went to one of my local banks and opened a checking account for FREE. Student or not, I wouldn't go back to bank of america. They are a business, not a bank.

  Never get a bank account here. They do scams such as calling you about a package that you say no to and they charge you for it and also take money out of your account claiming you owe them. It happened to me and now it's on my credit score and that I owe $500 when I don't owe a dime and was not aware of the scams they often do and when you talk to them it's like talking to a wall, they don't care nor will fix the issue and pretty much blame you

  This bank has terrible customer service if you have a problem with something. I had to go back 4 times with items that they asked for and every time was given a runaround. Five months later the problem is unresolved. I have found out that the bank could have made the exception and closed this account. Part of the issue was because of a bank employees error when it was opened.

  The ambiance is amazing. They ensure that you are properly taken care of. We were asked for water etc. Shawn is extremely helpful and empathetic. Very professional.
