  I just came from this place. I already had a bad feeling as soon I was walked in. The man working there has no customer service skills whatsoever. He had me standing for the longest before I asked him are you taking customers. He finally told me have a seat. Then as the previous customer who was Caucation left, he still had me waiting not even acknowledging me. Then finally he came to service me, asked a few questions not even apologizing and then his phone rings and he goes to another desk. I just decided to leave. Guys, this is an African American treating me that way. Unbelievable. Never again will I go to liberty taxes. I didn't file anything with them that day. 😕

  I have done my taxes for years at Liberty. Randy and Reggie both have done my taxes and are very helpful with my questions and doing my taxes every year.

  I had some tax issues that I needed assistance with getting resolved. I called around to other places first but they weren’t open. I called Liberty tax and they were able to get me in within two hours. Let me say that Sharon was ABSOLUTELY amazing! I explained my issues to her. She listened to me, made me feel better about my tax issues, educated me on my situation and helped to get it resolved quickly. I’m so thankful to have been able to work with Sharon. They have a repeat customer in me going forward.

  Stopped by Liberty Tax and Reggie took care of me. Very friendly and good price. Reggie obviously has been doing taxes for years. You can tell by the knowledge he has. I will refer people here any time.
