Jim Ide1This bank customer service is terrible. Long lines are continuous and slow. Tellers spending over 10 minutes with every customer. And then to charge people to have an account here. Horrible. Worst part is just to deposit a check. Thankful my business and money is with a bank that isn’t this one!!!!!

Jay Black1There's no drive through. I was forced to stand outside while there was ample room inside if it wasn't for all of their luxurious office suites that were vacant. It didn't help that the Gustavo was there standing inside a warmed entry way not letting anyone in. Covid is not a reason to discriminate people. Adapt to what is necessary or get out of the way

Kea Caldwell5I walked in this location just to make a deposit and was offered an opportunity to refinance my vehicle at a lower rate, so I happily obliged. I was then paired with a banker by the name of Akbar Bahrami, and this man went above and beyond the call of duty to thoroughly educate me on my options and he also threw in some great tips and advice to help me in my financial future!!!! Great guy, Great customer Service!!!

Rez Comedy5Akbar was my banker today. I needed an important document notarized. The second party was running late. Akbar Bahrami was very understanding and accommodating to the both of us. He was extremely professional! At the end of the appointment he told us about all these opportunities we could take advantage of on the BOA app. I live an hour away and If I need a banker again I will be driving here and requesting Mr. Bahrami! Thank you sir and thank you to management for hiring someone who understands customer service!

valerie williams1Absolutely the worst customer service in this branch that I've ever experienced. Complete disorganization.Line is always at least 10 people deep,tellers are slow. The worst bank I have ever dealt with.

Tiffany Douglas1Come here every Friday. Its always only two tellers working on the day most people get paid. The line is ALWAYS to the door or out the door. Everyone else is helping people at their desk. It’s one lady that sign people in and I feel like once everyone is signed in she can open the other area and help to let the line go down. Everyone be standing looking at the time huffing and puffing. Last week I literally stood in line for 22 minutes. On the busy days all three desk should be open and available

Dee Brevard1ALWAYS So slow line was OUT THE DOOR still 2tellers trying to get the line as much as they could while the MANAGER and other TELLER took there time acting busy assisting a guest who had the greeter held up ...already! Soo it took 3people to help 1person while the rest of us IN LINE stood there just waiting for the assistance of 1teller.. and the 3others were sitting at a desk assisting probably non account holders... This happens EVERYTIME YOU go inside a BANK OF AMERICA never enough tellers and have to be prepared to stand inline for half a hour to get 1THING DONE!
