  I went to liberty tax on Dawson Rd and had Ms flood as my tax preparer . She was absolutely magnificent as always . The kindness , happiest most upbeat hard working lady who always puts her customers first . I will have to say that the manger Daphne was not so nice I had been waiting for 4 hours patiently to wait for Ms flood and she told her she needed to make me come back the next morning and when she told me flood that she told her she was going to make sure I was taken care of and I could hear Daphne yelling a d threatening her job over the phone . Y'all go see Mrs flood and give her some love she is magnificent and will do everything to give you what you need back on your taxes.

  I just would like to say Ms. Flood was ASTONISHING tax preparer. She helped me tremendously on my tax return. I definitely recommend Ms. Flood to anyone who is looking to file their taxes for 2021 and upcoming years. She’s GREAT!!!!

  I must say my experience on Cordele Hey in Albany Ga was superior!! Ms. Daphne's and Ms Flood. Knowledge about taxes and New tax laws was most rewarding on mytax returns.👍 I'm still amazed and grateful to have met these knowledgeable ladies. And the staff on Cordele Hey , I have to give a shout-out to them as well, MOST helpful as well.🤗 The public truly need to know about you all.!!! Have a great one ladies 😧👍

  For this being my first time getting taxes filed my experience was very much welcomed and heart-warming. Mrs.Flood helped me every step of the way and gave me tips I didn’t know anything about and I absolutely loved that and I WILL be filing here next year

  I was helped today by Ms.Deborah Flood at (liberty tax service) ,she was very professional and helped me get my return she offered refreshments and asked me if I was okay while waiting for her to finish up if I knew about her years ago I would of been coming to see her very fast paced and caring woman
