  Very nice , I am from out of town but they treated me like I was local. Manager was very nice and handled my banking needs like a pro.

  After getting the run around from telephone customer service regarding a check hold, I gave the location of the bank where my check was deposited a call. Brittany was polite, explaining why the hold was there. Since it was the end of the day, she stated that she would look into it first thing in the morning. Just after the bank opened the next day, sure enough: I got a phone call from Brittany. She had managed to get the hold released for me, giving me access to my money. It was a lot more than she had to do, and she was kind enough to go out of her way to fix my issue, even calling me up to let me know the issue was fixed. It's a rarified treat to find customer service like Brittany's anywhere, and she needs to be applauded for it.

  I have only been with Regions for maybe 6 months. The customer service from this branch is hands down the best!! Ms. Tia is wonderful, Thank you ma'am!!!

  Have done business here for awhile. Can't recall having issues with them till now. Went in to reopen my account and through smiles they made everything as difficult as possible. Refused too open my account so... in Atlanta regions bank... through smiles they opened my account and were very nice and agreeable. They to did not understand what Albany's problem is. We will never do business or refer anyone to this branch again. Hope others have better experience than we did.

  Ok. So the ATM appeared to be operational when I inserted my card. Then it stated “u able to return card” then it shows out of service. Try calling this joint… it’s about useless!!!!

  Have to pay fee and give thumbprint to cash a check written from their bank if you do not have an account with them. Very odd rules and fees compared to other banks. Decided against an account with them based on experience.
