  The ladies there are so sweet and helpful! They always greet me with a smile and offer any assistance. I haven't met a lady in there yet that is rude. I'll always go here out of all the other First Franklin's.

  The office is always there to serve my needs when I need them. The ladies make me feel comfortable and explain all details with the loan so I will understand what I'm agreeing to and Mrs. Melissa is very courteous and always greets me with a smile.
