  My wife and I went to get our diamonds tested for chains and pendants that we own. The diamonds passed the diamond tester but they wanted to take the jewelry in the back to test the metals. They stated that the diamonds were in fact CZ diamonds which are fake diamonds. However, when we went to an official jewelry store, they confirmed that the diamonds were real SI diamonds and one was missing from the chain. Be careful when shopping here. They're scammers. I know that they're going to act like I'm just upset because my diamonds were fake. However, I went to an actual jewelry store and confirmed that they were real SI diamonds. Also, if they are not real, then why steal one? 🤷🏿‍♂️

  As we have spent the last 32 years providing our valued customers with our best opinions on their jewelry, we are only able to do just that. Apparently, it was in our opinion that your jewelry had some questionable stones in them. This is based off as much or more tools and credentials as anyone in the business, "official" or not. It amazes me that anyone would give our company a negative review for a free service that we provide and then tries to imply that we removed a 0.01ct stone out of their jewelry.

  Jason is one of the best in the biz. He treats everyone with respect. Matt is not bad either, even though he's at the slappey location. They're willing to work with you on pretty much anything! Anytime someone says something about going to a pawn shop, I send them to see Jason or Matt, one!

  Jason is awesome! He will go above and beyond to get you taken care of. He is very honest and will treat you like family. It was great doing business with him and I would recommend him to anyone. It’s unfortunate that I can only give him 5 stars.

  This company is a scam artist at best. I bought a gun online and they never shipped it or would they give me a refund. I am contacting the DOJ to get satisfaction. I got zero response from their "customer service". tay away from these guys they are rip off artists.

  Didnt even wanna put 1 star but had to so I could write review. My girlfriend who is a single mom went in to get rid of some gold to pay an excessive power bill and was told by the young gentleman (if u can call someone a gentleman who takes advantage of a woman) it would bring $8 a gram. She had 28 grams and he gave her $150. That only adds up to $5.36 per gram. She called back and spoke with him and he said come back by and we'll work sumthin out. Well needless to say he gave her $50 more which was $24 shy if the $8 per gram. My problem is if u say $8 per gram and give $150 ui knowingly took advantage of a single mother just trying to make ends meet for the month. Just warning u potential customers out there that u need to be careful of these sheisters. Will not do repeat business with this establishment!

  I just wanted to say that I am sorry that there are people putting bad reviews because they are to dumb to realize that you have to make money off of things and that they can’t just buy it for what it is worth. Overall great place.

  Had a issue with a gun company sending a rifle to the shop. Jason went above and beyond, got on the phone himself and made things happen. Thank you Jason for your help.
