  I have been going to H&R Block for years but after going with my partner and seeing how professional and attentive Chan with doing his taxes, I had to go with him this year to do my taxes.   We have been coming here since 2019. We are always pleased with Christine. She is very helpful, friendly and always answers all of our questions! Prices are very reasonable! This is also a family run business and they are all very nice and accommodating! They take good care of you! Highly recommend!

  This is the only place I go to get my tax prepared, they are professional, intelligent and well informed. They are flexible in obtaining tax documents through the online portal which takes the hassle out of scheduling a time. I highly recommend this establishment!

  I submitted my tax forms thru the liberty online service, it is a secure site. My taxes were done remotely by the professional at the Elk Grove Liberty office. Chan runs a well-oiled office with a great team

  For 54 years of marriage, my husband and I have always filed joint tax returns. Since he is an attorney and a college professor, he has always used a certified public accountant and filed the long form. In 2018, he became ill. I was petrified at having to do the taxes myself. A friend recommended the Liberty Tax Office at Bruceville and Whitelock. I made an appointment and went there. I was impressed with the excellent customer service I received. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They took the time to listen to me and answered all of my questions. They prepared our tax return and filed our taxes electronically. Everything went well. We received the exact amount from the state and federal government that they said we would receive. I have continued to use this tax service for the last three years. I have also been able to call and talk to the office prior to making decisions that may have unforeseen tax consequences. They have eagerly answered my questions and told me what would be the pros and cons of such a decision. I am very happy with the services that I have received from this tax service and would highly recommend this tax office to others. Ida

  I have been getting my tax done at this location for the last 3 yrs and had the greatest experience ever since. Not only they are honest, detailed, and specific but they are very friendly and welcoming. I recommend anyone who would like to get their "income tax return" done at this location.. The price is very reasonable and the accommodation is adequate. I believe they manage another store not far from here, and they are both awesome... Definitely 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍
