  I was told that my upgraded package is expiated for today, unfortunately I didn’t recall that anyone had told me that there is an expiration date, and so I have to pay by myself this time and wasted the pre-paid package.

  I have been taking my bmw here since 2018 and Bob has been my SA and he is the best person there is when it comes to solving your car problems. Always efficient, fast, very respectful and greets you with positive attitude! I don’t mind getting another bmw down the road because I know I’ll be treated well here for the services.
