Courtney Pettigrew1I was a Golden 1 member for 19 years my husband passed unexpectedly I went to the bank spent hours. Because the bank didn't set up my account correctly bank error my che king was disabled on the 1st voiding my survivor benefit payment as well as my paycheck. This left me and my kids with no money even though I had money in the bank. I couldn't go to the branch to get my money they said they would mail it. If you want a bank that will appreciate your loyalty and treat your family with dignity if you pass this is NOT THE BANK DO NOT BANK WITH THEM THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE CUSTOMER LOYALTY. I still haven't received my money

Leo5I was able to make an appointment. Even though they were back up do to a call out, I was seen with very little wait time. The staff that helped me was very friendly and very helpful. Very clean environment hand sanitizer was ready available which is always a plus. I'll continue to use this branch and recommend this place to others

Doreen Kiruja1Bad customer service from one of the managers- didn't have a name tag, and also from the teller. I forgot my debit in the ATM so I went and was told by the manager to line up the teller will order one. The teller said it will take 7 businesses days. I asked her twice if there is expedited shipping I don't need to pay and she said 5-7 businesses days, and never offered option to be printed a new card. I left and called member services and they told me I can receive a new card at the location if the member services line is working. She confirmed it is working and l went back and for sure Ieft with a new card in 10 minutes. Bottom line is the manager sized me up and the teller wasn't trained properly or never cared to really help. I had signed on the book because I wanted a debit card and discuss about opening a savings account. I didn't want to be rushed about savings account options, but when the manager didn't appear willing to listen, I just told her I forgot my debit card in the ATM she told me line up the teller can order a new one. While at least she could say we can print you a new one because yours was shredded. Nope! It never happened and she is a manager. I'm happy there is a different location where I've been treated with respect and listened to. And if not, there other banks where I can take my business. I already have 2 accounts with Golden 1, and a courteous treatment should be shown to every member. Very disappointed with my treatment today and never to go back to this location if I have an option.

Maribel Diaz510 stars for this place! Very hospitable! Tellers are quick Boom boom...! I came here 8/18/20 noontime for the first time. Credit to the branch manager your doing awesome! No long line! I used to lived in downtown O St. Branch always fast. But Broadway branch next Target always has super long line tellers super slow and talk too much. 😞

Alexis Henderson1Worst branch I have ever been to. All the employees are extremely incompetent and rude. Misplaces $600 of mine when I am the only Alexis Henderson in they system. That means she didn't even look at the names. Due to this my phone has been shut off and I now have extra fees with DMV because i couldnt pay them on time. They had ONE job. I will definitely be closing my account today after the return of my money.

Kyle Cunningham4Golden1 has been good to me. Credit unions are typically much better than the larger banks. Their staff are nice and courteous. This bank location is on the smaller side, but functions as expected.

salen singh1Very poor service. 5 associates serving on the window (Tellers) without any customers on the line...only one associate on customer rep side and 2 customers waiting... I waited to see the customer rep for an hour but not luck so I gave up and walked out... I don't see any sense of urgency... Golden 1 you are here to serve customers however this branch don't get it...

Tundra Carnes1I have been g1 member for many years and I was appalled that the service that I received when I went into this branch the teller was rude and disrespectful when I ask to speak to a manager no manager ever came I waited for 15 minutes and then I finally gave up and left the branch that experience made me want close my account. The customer service at this branch is terrible I would never recommend this branch to anyone.
