  I met with my Merrill consultant after he called me at the last minute saying he moved his office to this location. It's a more convenient spot since I live closer to this area.

  I usually use the ATM machines located outside the building which is very convenient. Also, I like coming to this bank because there are always parking. And they are not that busy for the customer representatives for easy and quick trranscations. On one of my visits to this location, I decided to change my last name on the bank card and open accounts for my kids. So they told me to wait the people sitting in those offices. I see one lady busy with the client and three guys were busy talking outside. And one of them comes to me and says are you waiting for anyone. I said waiting to be served. He said, when she's available then she will take you. He goes to continue chit-chatting with other employees. I'm patiently waiting with my kids and husband. And more customers started to come. After waiting over 45 minutes that guy who initially asked me whom I'm waiting for finally says. I can help you. Are you serious?? Then I noticed all the other people went back to their offices and started taking all those customers waiting in the lobby. Horrible experience in this location.

  Received a phone call which felt like a phishing attempt. It’s too bad they don’t pick up the phone at all at this location. A simple phone would have solved the problem. Unfortunately, I had to walk into the bank, with of course their long wait time to talk to somebody. Of the two people who I did end up talking to, one of them was quite rude. She was the person behind the issue anyway, so go figure. The other person was helpful. Bottom line though, an hour of my time wasted over something that could have been settled on the phone within 2 min.

  I think workers in this center are really nice and helpful . Have a knowledge of banking and products that they provide . Asst Manager was very helpful in assisting me and referring me to the relationship manage to open up a CD account She provided the service with smile . All u need is a smile to make everyone around you happy . I think she is a great asset to the center . Hope to do more business in the future .

  I came here to cash a bank of america check .was told to wait to get my check verified by someone .that someone never showed up .they have 5 people working here half of them lost , with only one person with clients in the office , so I'm here now 45 minutes still waiting .I dont blame this place getting 1 star review from others . This branch deserves half a star and that's because their open.the indian guy behind the counter has no management skills ,if hes a manager. I strongly recommend he goes to wells fargo for better training .

  Poor customer service. I got there at 12/16/2017 1pm, but looks like they locked door before 1pm to pretend they are closed.I didn’t notice and walk in when someone exiting opened door for me. Overall, I entered the bank at 1pm, but they asked me to leave in front of others..a lady from cash counter was shouting “hey we are closed”..looks like she is in a hurry to get home..I never seen such poor customer experience from a bank in my lifetime..I will never visit this bank again..I got my job done at chase bank which is opened until 4pm..thanks to chase!

  Horrible bank. You will needlessly wait in line every time while the tellers take their sweet time, making people wait in line. They also have poor customer service. Never enough tellers. The ones that are there are suspicious of you for any reason even when you’re just depositing a check. Take your business somewhere else.

  Bad costumer service, I opened an account that was supposed to give me $100 simply for being a new costumer, 2 weeks later I made a deposit and I was told that I was not eligible for the $100.00 that was on online deal only, boy I was shocked i was not going to do anything about it but my wife wants to close the account because they're not giving us what they promised, Never recived a Courtesy call explaining anything, Horrible customer service, On top of that I try calling but it's impossible getting anybody on that branch to pick-up the phone they never answer, I've been there and witness the phone ringing off the hook and there are people available and don't care to answer, That It's bad for business, I'm going to write a letter to the corporate office to Iform them of my situation, I'm getting my $100.00 as I was promised, Do not do business with this Liars They don't seem to care for our business anyway Never again will I try to do business with Bank of America WELLS FARGO AND CHASE Well treat you better any day.

  The people at this location are knowledgeable and helpful but they chronically under staffed. Consequently there are usually long lines and wait times are frequently terrible. And it doesn't help trying to call - there is almost never anyone available to answer the phone.

  Lots of workers only two see customers. One teller and one consultant. Two standing around. Lots of customer waiting. Go to a different location.
