      I would like to tell everyone about my experience.I was outraged.I was expecting to pay$269.00 for my tax prep which I thought was high to begin with.I got my tax return and Liberty tax took $375.00.They did not tell me there was a $54.99 bank fee,they gave me a $50.00 gift card (gift card).They took that back out of my return.Told me they gave me that for using their services.I will never use them again,and I do not recommend anyone does.I was there for litterally 10-15 mins cost me $375.00 after I was told $269.00 Do not let these people get away with this highway robbery.I only hit the 1 star cause I had to to post.They lied to me.

      The people who work here are nice,they treat u as if your family.they make u feel very welcomed.we have filed with them for going on five years.

      This trashy money hungry business took $541 of our $1,788 return. That's 33.05% and it's total BS. They charge us a flat fee of over $500, so patrons beware of their fees. You will he taken for your money!!!
