  The franchise owner Bill is very knowledgeable in his practice. The atmosphere is inviting with calm music playing in the background. I was greeted by Senior Tax Prep Patty and didn't have to wait to sit down and get through the tax preparation process. I had a nice conversation with Bill and was glad to be in an office that really values customer service. I will be coming back next year.

  Very clean facilities. Friendly staff (especially Patty). The remote signing and online filing were very easy and convenient.

  Got our taxes filed here in 2019 they wrote someone else bank number down then blam us for writing it down wrong not our hand writing on the paper work beware of this place they will charge you bank fees to only have a paper check handed to you hands down the worst place around go to turbo tax. Bill needs to owe his mistake the lady there is rude and keeps saying the client made the mistake not them but there the one putting in the number won’t show the original copy of the tax return to you

  I asked for a quote he goes $150 to $250 and up. My Guy charges $50 and he gets you all your money in a few weeks by direct deposit. This guy was laughing because he was like come on in we can start your taxes if you don’t want to after that’s ok. Lmao You guys are skeptical af.
