  I Have Filed wit Liberty Tax For about The last 5yrs in My Hometown of Gainesville. Having Recently just Moved To This are I was Very Skeptical about Going To a New location But They did NOT disappoint!! The Staff here were So Kind and Helpful. I Ask a lot Of Questions Because I am Particular about My Taxes and The Obliged and Answered Every One!! My Preparer was VERY Thorough Which Help put Me at Ease and I Especially Appreciate that even after I left They Called me to inform me Of My Return being sent in and the Status!! Hands Down would Recommend this Place ANYTIME!! And I Most Certainly will be going here from Now On!!

  These guys are fast and accurate. I just did 2020 and 2021 returns and was out the door in under 2 hours. I'm self employed so it was incredibly fast with everything involved with each return.

  I paid for them to file an extension with the IRS. Went back in two weeks later to file and sign my taxes. A month goes by and the IRS still has not received my taxes. I call down to liberty tax to ask the status of case and Joy would not give me any answers, said I needed to speak with Cody he was the one doing my return that she would have him call me the next day cause he was off. 2:00 the next day I still dont receive a phone call so I call back down to speak with Joy. She sets me up with another appointment. I find out the owner Nancy never sent my return to the IRS. All Joy did was apologize. The least they could have done was give me my Filing fee back. But no NOTHING!! I will Never use them again and will make sure everyone I know this town will never use them either. Very poorly ran. Nobody that works there knows what they are doing even the owner!!

  I have my taxes done here and they are Incredibly. I normally use Turbo Tax but this year I wanted to see what I was missing by going to a shop. I was asked questions that I have never seen on turbo tax. This Tax Liberty makes sure you have an accurate tax. I will not use Turbo Tax again after I have been using it for over 5 years. Tax Liberty is the only way to go.

  Victoria was very Rude, a total waste of our time to drive over to get our taxes done. Made excuses to not do them. Very messy and unorganized looking office as well as Victoria. Would definitely recommend a higher quality tax service that Wants to help you with your taxes and is customer service focused.
