  Amazing communication and process! I’ve bought/sold a decent amount of properties and this was the best experience yet. Sue and her team kept us informed and when their was an issue they were quick to have a solution. Highly recommend.

  I highly recommend Sue and her team! While other places gave me a hard time and made the dream of owning a home borderline impossible. These mortgage warriors went above and beyond to make it happen! My family and I are super appreciative of there hard work. Thank you again Sue!

  Terrible communication. During the application process, Sue randomly stopped replying to our emails (emails replying to their questions about our application and other information). If the application we submitted was going to be denied, I would have appreciated the courtesy of telling us. We have since been approved elsewhere, I would never recommend Waterstone mortgage.

  I reached out to Sue Parrinella at Waterstone Mortgage and her and her team helped guide me step for step on what I needed to do to get us set up for a mortgage! I highly recommend Sue Parrinella to anyone needing help with a mortgage she is great!

  Sue Parrinella and the team at Waterstone were amazing! We had under 30 days to close, from start to finish and we closed on time. Sue kept me informed and up to date with the entire process. I never thought the process would be as painless as it was for a new mortgage. I would recommend Sue and Waterstone!

  Sue was extremely profesional and kept informed during each step of the process. We had a very tight schedule and she make sure we didn’t miss any deadline. The closing went thru without a problem. The mortgage rate was great and we are very please how easy it was was even though we live out of state. She is true champion and she was always available to answer any questions even after business hours. We really enjoyed working with her.

  We are beyond pleased and grateful for the work, time and dedication Sue and her team gave us during our home buying process. They were always extremely professional and took the time to explain every aspect of each step to us. Without hesitation, they answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable when we asked the same questions for further clarification. The team is extremely knowledgeable. Their experience was a huge reason we knew we were in the right hands. The whole team is kind and cares about their clients. We love our new home and we will always remember Sue and her team as the reason we have it.   This is the first home I've ever purchased and I had no idea what the process would be like. Everyone on the team was helpful and understanding. They never acted like my questions were a bother. We were in a unique situation and there was a lot of documents needed, but everyone we worked with was patient and kind through the whole process. They were there to answer all my questions and helped me connect with the right people for everything that was needed. They worked really hard to make sure everything was taken care of in time for our closing date despite a couple bumps. Despite being in a unique situation, Sue worked her magic and still found us a good rate.

  Sue was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. She guided us through the process of being first time home buyers, and helped us tackle anything that popped up. I was very nervous about the financial stuff at first, but Sue made us feel so much more confident and explained everything, step by step. Overall great experience!!!
